Further to today’s announcement from the Scottish Government, Scottish racecourses are in discussions with their individual local authorities regarding the return of spectators from 17th May. The ability of racecourses to implement the new measures will be determined by their size and layout, with a phased approach across all courses. All arrangements remain subject to approval from individual local authorities, which license sporting and hospitality events and may impose local variations. Full details, including revised protocols, will be issued as soon as possible.
