Brian Hughes and Donald McCain will be hoping their good run continues at Musselburgh on Tuesday with Barrichello in the feature race.
The top-weight faces four rivals under 11st 10lb in the £12,000 Fitzdares Novices’ Limited Handicap Chase.
Hughes said: “Donald always sends a box-load up and he always seems to do well. Most of the horses enjoy going from the front and it is a track that suits that type o running style.”
Barrichello has stern opposition from Notlongtillmay, Parliament Hill and Damond State, who are all last-time-out winners.
