Bang-in-form Jannas Journey bids to extend her winning sequence to five in the Weddings At Western House Hotel Handicap at Ayr.
The filly is unbeaten under Danny Tudhope in three runs at the track and one at Hamilton Park where her victorious spree began in mid-July.
Her trainer Jim Goldie said: “There’s no denying she’s in terrific form and Danny gets such a great tune out of her. She’s owned by Jimmy Long and, like a lot of his home-breds, she just suddenly seemed to come to hand.
“She won pretty easy over this seven furlong trip at Ayr last Monday but she’s also won over six at Hamilton and a mile here. Who knows she might even stay further in time as her half-sister Jaminoz won over a mile and a half.”
Opposition to Jannas Journey include Linda Perratt pair Judgment Call and Monhammer, who are both course and distance scorers for the East Kilbride handler.
David O’Meara’s top-weight Al Muqdad has also won over this same trip at Ayr as he scrambled home by a neck for Danny Tudhope last July.
The feature race is the £12,000 Book Ladbrokes Ayr Gold Cup Tickets over six-furlongs.
Pionoforte, a Bath winner in June for Andrew Balding, makes his debut for Julie Camacho under Jason Hart, who registered the 1,000th worldwide winner of his career recently.
